You must have a current vaccine record for Rabies, Distemper/ Parvo, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. Submit these with your application to set up your free Meet and Greet. One of our walkers will meet you at home and briefly assess your dog.

After the meet, we’ll set up your Temperament Test. The temperament test is $60 and will last 2-3 hours. Your dog will join a small pack on a short walk followed by a brief visit to a dog park or yard. Once this is done, we contact you to discuss the test results. (We do not take any dog that has not done completed these steps.)

Our basic service is a structured pack walk or hike. Your pup will join a pack of temperament tested and vaccinated friends for a 45-60 min walk at a local park. (Please note that walks/hikes may be shortened due to weather conditions or individual need.)

Available for dogs who prove they can play in a dog park or private yard setting, playdates let your dog blow off some steam at the park with friends.

We offer limited daycare style services. Westchester Wags is a fully mobile operation, so daycare dogs are picked up by 10 am and kept until 3 pm or later. This service is available Monday-Friday excluding holidays and severe weather.

Westchester Wags offers very limited home style boarding. Unlike boarding facilities where your dog spends the day crated, our boarding uses the comforts of home to keep your dog happy and comfortable while you’re away. All boarding dogs are guaranteed time to socialize and play, plus an age appropriate amount of potty breaks.
